My stay at this lodge was unfortunately marred by a series of unpleasant experiences, especially related to cleanliness and service responsiveness. The views were stunning, and the location was quite nice for those wanting to escape the hustle of daily life. However, the issues with the cabin's cleanliness, and the lack of prompt service left a sour taste in my mouth. It's a beautiful area, but I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the current conditions.

I had a lovely experience at Sun Mountain Lodge. The breathtaking mountain views and the variety of outdoor activities were highlights of my stay. However, the dining options, particularly for breakfast, could use some improvement in variety. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, but the room I stayed in had some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall comfort.

The room was a bit disappointing due to maintenance issues, like a toilet that required extra effort to flush and a view that wasn’t ideal. However, the improvement from last year’s view made it slightly better.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown as there weren't many choices, and it took quite a while to be served. A wider selection would have enhanced the experience.

The staff treated us exceptionally well, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, we did find the bed a bit uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality. Overall, the location and plethora of outdoor activities more than made up for it, and I would love to return!
